各位教育界同工：

這是一封感謝的信！

立法會教育界選舉已順利完成。今次選舉，我得到37,876票，佔總有效票數的71.6%。我衷心感謝當日投票的同工，支持讓我感激，沒有支持我的，也使我深切反思和檢討。我從來認為，選舉令人謙虛，讓我看到自己的不足。一如以往，我將繼續履行選舉的政綱和承諾，也從中學習別人的長處，聆聽同工的批評和意見，更好地服務教育界和香港。

日後，若我和教協的工作有不足和疏漏，請多多提點，我定必努力跟進。再次感謝教育界的支持和意見，我一定會盡心盡力，不負眾望。祝

Dear friends,

My heart-felt thanks to you.

The election for the education functional constituency of the Legislative Council has succeeded, in which I have got 37,876 votes, constituting 71.6% of the total poll. I appreciate all of you who have cast your votes yesterday. I am grateful for those who have supported either me or the other candidates. All your opinions help nurture my self-reflection and evaluation.

Elections make candidates humble and realize their own weaknesses. In my new term of office, I will try my best to work according to my platform and promises. I will continue to listen to your criticism and opinions for the betterment of the education sector of Hong Kong.

In the long run, we are happy to have your reminder of our shortcomings. PTU and I will try our best to make advancement. Please accept my immense gratitude again to all of you, for your supports and your opinions. I will work hard to keep up with your expectations.
